In Bourgogne, ‘Climats’ refer to parcels of vines that have been strictly demarcated for centuries, often since the Middle Ages. Each Climat has its own unique characteristics, whether in terms of geology, hydrometry or exposure. Vinified separately from a single grape variety, each wine proudly bears the name of its Climat of origin. Thanks to the expertise of the winemakers, the personality of each Climat is revealed vintage after vintage. Nowhere else is wine production so closely linked to its terroir. The Climats de Bourgogne embody the essence of the Bourgogne winegrowing model.

Bordeaux, the largest AOC vineyard in France, is distinguished by the exceptional diversity of its terroirs, guaranteeing wines of unrivalled quality. This wine-growing region offers a varied range of wines, suitable for all wine-lovers and all occasions, with a wide price range. The specific geographical features and styles of wine produced define the six major families of Bordeaux wines: Médoc, Blaye & Bourg, Libournais, Entre-deux-Mers, Graves & Sauternes, and Bordeaux Supérieur.

Made mainly from three emblematic grape varieties – Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier – Champagne excels in the art of blending, offering a unique taste and identity. Unlike still wines, it is often blended from several vintages to faithfully reproduce the distinct style of each house.
